DCC Experience in Warehouse Tracking Solutions Leads to New Division

Data Communications Corporation, world-wide leader in technology solutions since 1969, announces the launch of its newest division, DCC-XT, with a focus on warehouse tracking solutions. The focal point of the DCC-XT division is a warehouse management product in use since 2001 known as Warehouse-XT. The "XT" comes from the EXACTRAX technology used by DCC-XT through Radio Frequency (RF) scanners for warehouse and other product tracking applications.

"Our experience in RF barcode scanning and other tracking technologies goes back to 1990 in other DCC divisions," said DCC-XT President Nick Carter. "DCC's other divisions have enjoyed outstanding customer response to our technology and software solutions, including our Warehouse-XT programs in use as a Warehouse Management System at a number of our customer sites."

Warehouse XT provides product tracking solutions from the time products are received, through put-away, picking, production, staging, loading, and much more, literally every time they are "touched" or moved in the warehouse and production area.
